1. Returns and Refunds
1.1. Our return policy is governed by the policies of our suppliers. We kindly ask that you initiate returns within 15 days of receipt date. Please contact us for returns at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
1.2. ***Please use care when using skincare products for the first time. We are not liable for any medical expenses as a result of allergic reactions, etc. Please test each product on a small patch of skin - within the return window of 15 days from receipt date - to be sure that you are not allergic to any ingredients in the product. Please immediately discontinue use if any reaction occurs. TIP: There are products out there that I have tried and they do not work well on my facial skin. When this happens I try them on my hands and they usually work very well! I find that my hands are much less sensitive than my face and neck so don't rush to return based on how the product reacts on your face or neck. The hands are always exposed and I have found that they respond very well to most skincare!! Hands need care too...so give skincare products a try on your hands! :)
1.3. We do not guarantee refunds but will assist you in resolving issues with your order to the best of our ability.
1.4. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please initiate a return by emailing us at email@example.com and then place a new order for the new item.
